RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned within the allowed return window from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

We offer free standard shipping on all outgoing orders. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong or defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
