FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden shipping fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with shipping included at no extra cost to you.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Standard shipping orders are estimated to arrive within 3 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and other factors outside of our control. Orders shipped to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

ORDER TRACKING

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you have questions about shipping availability to a specific location, please contact us at eluxurysho@gmail.com before placing your order.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that reshipment of undeliverable packages may be subject to an additional shipping fee. If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the item minus any applicable handling costs.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Outlet Video & News is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier after shipment.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend taking the following steps:

Check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building management, in case the package was left in a secure spot.

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a lost package claim.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eluxurysho@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Please retain all original packaging materials when reporting a damaged shipment, as the carrier may require them for a damage claim investigation.


DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
